Who you are:
You have a passion for sport and live and active lifestyle. You are responsible for maximizing the net profit of your department by effective management of all functions. You demonstrate a positive and engaged attitude when dealing with customers and employees.
What you?ll do: ? Coach and develop department team, through setting expectations, communication, coaching, feedback and ongoing support ? Build and manage a daily game plan for the department ? Create development plans for Full-time staff; support and coach to improve any performance gaps ? Communicate skills proven through effective huddles / meetings / PSI?s / coaching sessions ? Maintain FGL performance management expectations (feedback/coaching); this includes progressive discipline where necessary ? Ensure a high level of customer service ? Maintaining a positive work environment for staff ? Continuous coaching for improvement with staff
